Questions and Answers
1. Is International Cleaning Company insured?
Yes. We are insured and can provide proof of insurance.
2. Do you provide any warranty on the work International Cleaning Company has completed?
Yes. We offer a 30 day warranty for the services performed. And a 3 year manufacturer’s warranty on the products we use, with proper maintenance and care.
3. Once the technician leaves, how can I be sure to properly maintain my floors/countertops, etc?
Our technicians will guide you with step-by-step instructions, as well as provide written instructions on how to maintain your natural stone for added durability of the seal and luster.
4. Will your technicians move my furniture prior to starting on a project?
We will require you to disconnect/move all electronics (if needed) and valuables, i.e. vases, crystals, items of extreme value. We will assist in moving heavy furniture (if unloaded/empty), i.e. coaches, tables. However, we will not be held liable for any damage caused to furniture YOU request our technicians to move. For added security, please remove items from work area prior to technician’s arrival.
5. I am uncertain if I want to do the project, how can you assist me?
Other than providing unbeatable prices, our technician can provide a free demonstration of the work you are considering doing in your home. (With a signed waiver of liability, and the understanding that the area where the demo is performed, cannot be returned to it’s previous condition).
6. I received another quote, which is less than the price International Cleaning Company quoted. Do you price match?
We will match a competitor’s price if:
A. You can provide a copy of the competitor’s quote
B. The procedures (process) for completing the work are the same (parallel services)7. When working on the designated areas, will the surrounding areas, i.e. walls and baseboards be protected?
Yes, our technicians will cover and seal all surrounding areas for an approximate area of 4 ft surrounding.
8. How safe are the products you use?
We use environmentally safe products. Our products are safe around children, pets, etc.
